On September 22, 2025, aeround 3AM, Peace Regional RCMP responded to a vehicle fire in front of a residence on 102 Street in Peace River.
Officers promptly evacuated the homeowners as sparks ignited a nearby dumpster and alerted neighbors until the Peace River Fire Department extinguished the flames.
No injuries were reported.
The RCMP is seeking public assistance; if you observed any suspicious activity between 2:30 AM and the arrival of first responders, or have relevant footage, please contact the Peace Regional RCMP.
