Investigations are continuing into a fire at the Airport in High Level yesterday morning.
Snow removal is continuing in the Northwest, after winter fell in the area this past week and weekend.
Charges against a woman from Trout Lake have been dropped, in relation to a structure fire in Loon Lake.
The Peace River and District Chamber of Commerce is preparing for two key events coming up.
One is the Municipal Roundtable, which is next Wednesday at the Peace Valley Inns.
The other is the Northern Connections Expo, which is May 1st and 2nd at the Baytex Energy Center.
The Alberta government’s plan to hold a referendum on nine immigration and constitution-related questions in October, is being met with displeasure in both separatist and anti-separatist camps of the province.
